Bob Robb makes an acute observation, which I read first a couple of weeks ago in Holman Jenkins' column.  In Obama's mind, when it's jobs vs. the Environment, the environment usually wins.

Although, I believe Obama is sincere when he talks about Green Jobs.  In fact Obama is one of the few people who talks about Green Jobs who doesn't have a financial interest the Enviro-Industrial Complex of electric car, biofuel, recycling, solar, etc industries.

Many say that he is the Second Coming of Jimmy Carter.  He is actually the First Coming of Al Gore.
